CM Revanth Reddy reviews preparations for Telangana Rising Global Summit

HYDERABAD: Chief minister Revanth Reddy on Saturday instructed officials to ensure that arrangements for the Telangana Rising Global Summit are made “in a befitting manner”. The summit, scheduled for December 8 and 9 at Bharat Future City, is expected to host global investors, union ministers, chief ministers of several states, and other dignitaries.
CM calls for comprehensive arrangements
The chief minister first reviewed the venue through an aerial inspection in a helicopter and then spent more than an hour examining each hall prepared for panel discussions and exhibition stalls. He also viewed the digital screening of the Musi rejuvenation project and other government programmes.
Revanth directed officials to install a statue of Telangana Talli within the summit premises. He told them to take adequate precautions related to welcome arrangements, accommodation, seating, fire safety, traffic movement, and internet connectivity for delegates and representatives of various organisations.
Detailed field inspection
During the ground visit, the CM enquired about the precautions taken at each section of the venue and issued specific instructions to departments responsible for logistics, safety and protocol.
Information and public relations minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, MLAs Malreddy Ranga Reddy, Kundur Jayveer Reddy and others accompanied the chief minister during the inspection.
