Revanth Reddy inaugurates Musarambagh bridge
HYDERABAD: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy on Monday inaugurated the Moosarambagh high-level bridge across the Musi river, built at a cost of ₹52 crore.
The 400-metre-long bridge is designed to withstand a Musi flood flow of 1,50,000 cusecs without disrupting traffic. It is expected to improve connectivity between Amberpet and Moosarambagh.
Bridge designed to handle heavy flood flows
The new high-level bridge is aimed at addressing the traffic disruptions caused when the Musi overflows and the existing low-level bridge becomes inundated. The ₹52-crore project was taken up to provide a more reliable connection between the two areas.
Public representatives attend inauguration
Government adviser V Hanumantha Rao, MPs Asaduddin Owaisi and Anil Kumar Yadav, Amberpet MLA Kaleru Venkatesh, Cantonment MLA Sri Ganesh, Jubilee Hills MLA V Naveen Yadav, Ibrahimpatnam MLA Malreddy Ranga Reddy, former MP Madhu Yaskhi and senior government officials attended the inauguration.
