Revanth Reddy engages students, alumni at Harvard, MIT

HYDERABAD: On the final day of his engagements at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy met multiple delegations, including students and alumni from different schools of the university and from other campuses such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Columbia University.
Chief minister outlines Telangana Rising 2047 vision
During the interactions, students and alumni raised issues ranging from leadership and success to economic growth models, sustainability, environmental concerns, and focused welfare for farmers, women and youth.
Revanth Reddy outlined his vision document, Telangana Rising 2047, detailing the challenges, priorities and opportunities it envisages, and how these could empower stakeholders across sectors.
Students urged to stay connected with India’s growth
When asked to teach leadership and vision, the chief minister said it was best left to Harvard’s faculty, adding that he did not wish to act as an “impostor professor” and preferred two-way conversations based on sharing and learning.
Sharing his views on India’s future, with Telangana and Hyderabad playing a leading role, Revanth Reddy urged students to remain connected with work in India and act as brand ambassadors for Telangana Rising. Several participants assured him of their intent to contribute to the state’s development.
