Rajiv Swagruha to auction 163 open plots near Hyderabad
HYDERABAD: Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation will auction 163 residential open plots at Thorrur, Bahadurpally and Kurmalguda on November 17 and 18. Managing Director V P Gautam said applications for registration will be accepted till November 15.
The MD said the layouts were developed with all basic amenities and were free from legal disputes. Of the total, 125 plots at Thorrur (200-500 sq yd), 25 plots at Kurmalguda (200-300 sq yd) and 13 plots at Bahadurpally (200-1,000 sq yd) will be auctioned. The auction will be held at Avika Convention, Pedda Amberpet Thorrur plots on November 17-18, and Bahadurpally and Kurmalguda plots from the afternoon of November 18.
Gautam said interested buyers could apply online or at designated offices before November 15.
Public interest in Swagruha plots rises
The Swagruha Corporation said many people are visiting the Thorrur site to inspect the plots and note their preferred plot numbers. Visitors are checking infrastructure facilities and consulting residents already living in the layout.
Of the 885 total plots in the Thorrur layout, 517 have already been sold in earlier phases, and 125 plots are being offered now. The area, located close to the Outer Ring Road, has seen increasing demand for residential land as development accelerates on the city’s outskirts.
