Raidurgam Land Auction Fetches ₹237 Crore Per Acre

HYDERABAD: The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) conducted an e-auction for government land in Raidurgam under Serilingampally mandal of Rangareddy district on Thursday.
The auction was held for 6 acres and 29 guntas in Survey No. 83/1. The land fetched a record ₹237 crore per acre, surpassing the previous benchmark recorded in the area.
Raidurgam land values continue to rise sharply
In December 2025, TGIIC had auctioned 7.67 acres in Raidurgam, where the land fetched ₹177 crore per acre. The auction generated a total revenue of ₹1,357.59 crore for the corporation.
Officials said the latest auction reflects the growing demand for commercial and institutional land parcels in Hyderabad’s western corridor.
TGIIC records another high-value auction
The latest e-auction is being seen as another milestone in Telangana’s urban land market, particularly in the IT and financial district surrounding Raidurgam and Gachibowli.
