Caution issued on high rise apartments at Pragathi Nagar Lake, Kukatpally

KUKATPALLY: A public notice is issued on behalf of Ganesh Ghadiyal, GPA Holder Pilla Narender, cautioning that the land covered under Survey No. 57 is deeply entangled in multiple serious legal disputes, currently pending in the High Court of Telangana, the Supreme Court of India, the Enforcement Directorate under PML Act 2002, and the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Mumbai.
The public has been urged to verify the Government of Telangana’s Registration & Stamps Department website, where Survey No. 57 of Shamshiguda land is strictly prohibited. This directive follows immediate and firm instructions from the Enforcement Directorate under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002, instructing the Sub-Registrar in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, not to permit any changes in property ownership, including sale, transfer, or lease.

“It has further come to our notice that My Palace Mutually Aided Cooperative Housing Society and M/s Anish Construction Co., & Exella properties, despite being prohibited from sale/development/lease by ED as mentioned above, have deliberately offered the same for raising high-rise apartments at Pragathi Nagar Lake, under pre-launch offers by collecting huge amounts from the general public through social media platforms such as Facebook, Google, etc. They are associated with the following Promoters: Lakshmi Properties, Pavan Projects, Sandhya Properties, Real Property Hyderabad, Jyothi Properties, Hyderabad Real Estate, Pragathi Nagar Lake City, Keerthana Infra, Ashok Real Estates, MKGR Lake City LLP, Girish MKGR Estates, Varma Properties, Srinivas Developers, Shiva Properties, GNR Projects, Lahari Properties, SLNS Projects, etc., and advocates P Subhashan Reddy and P Geetha Reddy P mentioned in an advertisement.
“It is further informed to the public that the referred promoters/marketing agents are misrepresenting to the public the claims, rights, objections, and litigations in respect of the above-mentioned projects to come up near Pragathi Nagar Lake, Kukatpally, and Shamshiguda lands covered under Sy. No. 57, settled based on some fake, created/fabricated documents, and our clients have already taken steps to implead themselves before the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai, vide Intervention Petition No. 5 of 2024 in I.A. No.3781/2023 in Company Petition No. (IB) No. 27 of 2019,” said the advocates.
Advocates further said, “As such, any registered/unregistered agreements/memorandum of understandings/development agreements during the pendency of the above title dispute with individuals mentioned above/companies/firms/persons are not valid, not binding, for which our clients shall not be held responsible. On the other hand, purchasers/developers shall be held liable for the legal steps that ought to be taken by our clients in the appropriate courts of law at their costs and consequences.”
