Poultry India Expo 2025 inauguration at Hitex Hyderabad with global exhibitors

HYDERABAD: The 17th Poultry India Expo 2025 at the Hitex Exhibition Centre was inaugurated by ministers Ponnam Prabhakar Goud and Tummala Nageswara Rao on November 25, marking the start of South Asia’s largest poultry industry event.

Event draws international associations and domestic bodies

Organised by the Indian Poultry Equipment Manufacturers’ Association (IPEMA), the expo will run till November 28. According to organisers, the event features extensive global participation, strategic collaborations and a wide showcase of technology and innovation across the poultry value chain.

India’s poultry sector expands in global rankings

India ranks second in global egg production and is among the top four broiler-producing nations. Industry representatives said the sector continues to grow as a global supplier while supporting nutrition, employment and economic activity.

Expo highlights “One Nation, One Expo” theme

This year’s edition is built around the theme “One Nation, One Expo”. The organisers said the event has formed partnerships with 16 international poultry associations, over 40 national bodies, 18 national media houses, 15 global media organisations and more than 100 influencers.
