KTR slams IT minister Sridhar Babu, nominates for ‘Best Actor’ award
Hyderabad: Political slugfest started with the appointment of Arekapudi Gandhi as Public Accounts Committee (PAC) chairman and led to violent face off between Padi Kaushik Reddy and Arekapudi Gandhi seems to be not going to die down anytime soon. Continuing his attack against the Congress and its party leaders, Bharat Rashtra Samithi(BRS) working president K T Rama Rao in a series of posts slammed Telangana Minister for Information Technology and Industries D Sridhar Babu, Telangana Chief Minister Anumula Revanth Reddy and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
Sharing the video of Minister D Sridhar Babu in which he was claiming the fight between Padi Kaushik Reddy and Arekapudi Gandhi as an internal fight between the BRS party. Further Sridhar Babu commented that “Arekapudi Gandhi who was appointed as Public Accounts Charman (PAC) charmain clearly stated that he was BRS MLA. The BRS leaders tried to attribute a motive to the Congress when the two BRS MLA clashed. The Congress party has nothing to do with what had happened,” highlighted Babu.
Sharing the same KTR posted, “Minister of excessive cleverness. Fine, let’s assume for a moment that what you’re saying is true. Then, who is the person going around the houses of our BRS MLAs, wrapping Congress scarves around them? Without any shame, why such unethical politics? Why bring them in at all, and why these dramas afterward, driven by the fear of losing positions? Seeing your inability to claim those you lured into your fold as your own stirs a bit of pity. You think you can deceive the High Court with your so-called cleverness, but the people are watching everything”.
Taking a dig he further said in another post, “I nominate Minister Sridhar Babu for Best Actor in a supporting role for the Bhaskar Award. Please join me in wishing him success(sic)”.
Questions Rahul Gandhi
On the occasion of International Day of Democracy, KTR slammed Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and advised him about Democracy.
In the post KTR said, “Democracy thrives on accountability, not tyranny! On the International Day of Democracy, I want to remind Rahul Gandhi who preaches about democracy and people’s rights but turns a blind eye as CM Revanth Reddy tramples it in Telangana! Gandhi, true democracy is about the voice of the people, not the unchecked power of one. Unchecked power, bulldozed homes, crushing dissent, attacking journalists, silencing voices and ‘buying’ MLAs, attacking opposition MLAs, is this your idea of democracy? This isn’t democracy Gandhi, it is autocracy, it is hooliganism, it is anarchy, it is democracy under seize(sic)”.
