HYDERABAD: Several new movies and series are hitting OTT platforms this week, offering viewers a variety of entertainment options across languages.
‘Kotha Lokah: Chapter 1’ streams on JioCinema from October 31
Small-budget Telugu film Kotha Lokah: Chapter 1, which performed strongly at the box office, will start streaming on JioCinema from October 31. The film will be available in Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, Bengali and Marathi. The movie earlier set all-time collection records in Malayalam.
Dhanush’s ‘Idli Kottu’ now on Netflix
Actor ,director Dhanush stars opposite Nithya Menen in Idli Kottu, which is now streaming on Netflix. The film follows a man who quits his job to run his father’s legacy eatery, Idli Kottu, while searching for his own identity.
‘Kantara: Chapter 1’ to stream on Prime Video
The prequel to Kantara, titled Kantara: Chapter 1, one of this year’s highest grossing films with collections exceeding ₹800 crore, will stream on Amazon Prime Video from October 31 in all South Indian languages and Hindi. The quick OTT release within a month of its theatrical run has drawn attention from fans.
