Osmania University invites applications for CPDDAM Summer Internship 2025
Hyderabad: The Centre for Product Design, Development and Additive Manufacturing (CPDDAM) at Osmania University has announced its Summer Internship Program for 2025. The program, established under RUSA 2.0 as a Centre of Excellence in 3D Printing, is open to B.E., B.Tech, M.E., and M.Tech students.
The poster for the internship program was officially released by the Vice Chancellor of Osmania University, Sr. Prof. Kumar Molugaram on April 29, 2025.
Speaking on the occasion, the Vice Chancellor highlighted the importance of skill development in emerging engineering fields like Additive Manufacturing and 3D Printing. He noted that the state-of-the-art facilities at CPDDAM would benefit students and help them align with industry needs.
He assured full support from the university administration for such initiatives, stating that they play a crucial role in preparing students, especially in Telangana, for evolving industry demands.
The Vice Chancellor also congratulated Prof. P. Chandrasekhar, Principal, University College of Engineering; Dr. L. Siva Rama Krishna, Director, CPDDAM; Dr. E. Madhusudan Raju, Joint Director, CPDDAM; and Prof. C. Srinivaulu, Nodal Officer, RUSA, for organizing the internship program.
The internship offers two options, a 4-week Basic Course and a 12-week Advanced Course, both conducted in hybrid mode. It is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from various engineering and technology branches including Mechanical, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Civil/Architecture, Biomedical, and Electrical Engineering.
The last date to apply is May 7, 2025. The program begins on May 12, 2025.
