Osmania alumni elections held at Osmania Medical College, Koti
HYDERABAD: Elections for the Osmania Medical College Alumni Association were held on Saturday at the college campus in Koti.
Dr Krishnamurthy elected president with large margin
Dr Krishnamurthy was elected president, securing 183 of the 218 votes polled. His nearest rival, Dr Sai Ram, finished second.
Dr Sridhar B S is immediate past president
The outgoing president, Dr Sridhar B S, handed over charge after the results were declared.
Senior faculty members join executive body
Dr Anita, head of the department of obstetrics and gynaecology, was elected as an executive member. Other executive members elected include Dr Kirti Swaroop, Dr K U N Vishnu, Dr Nagarjuna Chakravarthy, Dr Naresh Kumar V, Dr Shankar K, Dr Srinivas Chari A, Dr Surendra Babu G, and Dr Syed Zinulabdin.
