NMDC Hyderabad Marathon 5K run held at HITEX
HYDERABAD: The 15th edition of the NMDC Hyderabad Marathon, the flagship event of the Hyderabad Runners Society, began with the 5K Run at HITEX Exhibition Ground on Saturday.
The run was flagged off at 07.00 IST, with the route starting and finishing at HITEX. The Hyderabad Runners Society lists the NMDC Hyderabad Marathon as its flagship event and says it aims to promote fitness, an active lifestyle and community participation.
Senior officials join runners at Hyderabad event
The 5K Run saw participation from runners and citizens. The Commissioner of Cyberabad Municipal Corporation, the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad, and other senior officials also took part in the run.
