Neredmet police arrests ten in gang rape case of a minor gril
Neredmet: Ten men were arrested in connection with the gang rape of 12-year-old minor girl by Neredmet Police of Rachakonda commissonerate on Sunday. The accused, reportedly under the influence of Ganja, sexually assaulted her several times and impregnated her.
The accused have been identified as Chakkolu Naresh,Siripanga Vijay Kumar@ Vijay ,Vagmare Balaji,Guddanti Krishna ,Thonte Kiran Kumar @ Kiran , Bollepogu Ajay, James Xaviour @ James,Injamuri Madhu @ Banda ,Vagmare Deepak and Sabavath Hathya Naik
According to the police, all the accused are residents of Vinayak Nagar. Out of 10 as many as 7 accused are having criminal background. Further the accused were addicted to Ganja and committed offenses under the influence of drugs.
The accused Naresh and Vijay are residents of Vinayak Nagar. Through their common friend they came in contact with a victim who resides at Kachiguda. The father of the victim expired 3 years back and her mother was working as maid servants. The victim discontinued studies after 4th class. Both accused through phone developed friendship with victim and lured her abused.
The accused also gave victim’s contact to other accused. In this process the accused Naresh brought the victim to Vinayak Nagar, sexually assaulted her. Thereafter, other nine accused also contacted the victim and brought her to Vinayak Nagar and sexually assaulted. The accused further mixed Ganja in a cool drink and made the victim consume and sexually assaulted Due to which the victim became 5 months pregnant.
After the victim’s mother learned about the pregnancy, she approached Kachiguda police of Hyderabad commissionerate who booked a zero FIR and sent it to Neredmet police of Rachakonda commissionerate for further investigation.
ADuring the investigation Neredmet police apprehended ten accused and produced before the court on Sunday. The court sent the accused to judicial remand.
