Narsingi Man Arrested for Brutal Sexual Assault and Murder of 4-Year-Old Girl
HYDERABAD: Narsingi police have arrested a 25-year-old man in connection with the sexual assault and murder of a four-year-old girl on March 15, 2026.
The girl, whose family resides in a labour camp in Puppalaguda, was reported missing at 22.30 IST. Police registered a case immediately and launched an investigation.
The suspect, Biswa Oraw, also known as Bishu, son of Biju Oraw, a mason at Western Constructions, was identified through evidence collected during the probe. He was apprehended at his residence in BSR Labour Colony, Puppalaguda.
On interrogation, Oraw confessed to sexually assaulting the girl, killing her by throttling, and hitting her with a boulder. He led the police to the body, which was recovered from nearby bushes.
The accused has been produced before the court.
