Nampally Court Returns Charge Sheet in Sandhya Theatre Stampede Case

HYDERABAD: The Nampally court has returned the charge sheet filed in the Sandhya Theatre stampede case, citing procedural and technical lapses.
The court observed that the charge sheet contained deficiencies, including the absence of proper supporting evidence and technical documentation.
Police refile after rectifying deficiencies
Police had filed the charge sheet against 23 people, including actor Allu Arjun. However, the court noted that key evidence material such as hard disks, CDs and pen drives had not been attached to the filing.
This is the second time the Nampally court has returned the charge sheet in the case.
After rectifying the errors, police have once again submitted the charge sheet before the Nampally court.
