Nalgonda elects Burri Chaitanya Srinivas Reddy Mayor
NALGONDA: Burri Chaitanya Srinivas Reddy was elected Mayor of the Nalgonda Municipal Corporation on Monday.
With no other nominations filed, the election officer declared him elected unopposed.
Corporators propose and second candidature
Corporator Perika Swathi proposed Chaitanya’s name. Corporator Alli Subhash seconded the proposal.
Election officer announces result
Election Special Officer Palvai Shravan Kumar formally announced the result after confirming that no other candidate was in the fray.
