Police arrest Abhishek Singh in Moinabad drugs case
HYDERABAD: Police have arrested alleged drug peddler Abhishek Singh in connection with the Moinabad farmhouse drugs case, based on technical and witness inputs.
Driver links Rohit Reddy to cocaine procurement
Investigators said Rohit Reddy’s driver, Sharath Kumar, told police during questioning that he procured cocaine from Abhishek Singh for a party. He said he personally collected the drugs.
Bengaluru businessman misleads police on drug source
Police said Rohit Reddy’s friend, Bengaluru-based businessman Kaushik Ravi, initially told investigators that he brought the drugs from Shimla, which later turned out to be misleading.
Based on the driver’s statement, police confirmed that the drugs were purchased from Abhishek Singh. A Special Investigation Team (SIT) traced Singh using mobile phone signals and arrested him after searching for four days.
