Azharuddin to Join Telangana Cabinet on Friday
Telangana: Former India cricket captain Mohammad Azharuddin is set to be inducted into the Telangana cabinet. Party sources said he will take oath as minister during the cabinet expansion scheduled for Friday.
The All India Congress Committee (AICC) has reportedly given its approval for the expansion, paving the way for Azharuddin’s inclusion.
Azharuddin, currently serving as a senior Congress leader, is expected to play a key role in the state government following the reshuffle.
