MMC joins Joint Action Teams to bolster monsoon preparedness

HYDERABAD: Officials from the Municipal Management Committee (MMC), Cantonment Municipal Council (CMC) and Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) participated in the Joint Action Teams (JATs) Orientation Session organised by the Telangana Integrated Command and Control Centre (TGiCCC) to strengthen monsoon preparedness across the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region.

The session brought together key stakeholder departments to improve coordination and preparedness for vulnerable waterlogging locations. Officials discussed measures to streamline emergency response mechanisms and ensure timely action at identified waterlogging hotspots during the monsoon season.
