Chilling details emerge as serial child kidnapper arrested in Hyderabad, minor girl rescued
Abids: Chilling details emerged during the investigation of Abids police in a six year old minor girl, Mohammed Bilal Ansari, the accused in the child kidnapping case of the minor girl missing in Kattelmandi area under Abids police station is not new to crimes. He was involved in two kidnapping cases of minor girls in one case he even sexually assaulted a 8 year old minor girl and was at large until now.
The swift action by the abids police helped save the girl and the arrest of the suspect. Explaining the efforts of the police which ensure safe return of the abducted minor girl police said, “Soon after registering case the inspector of police and his team rushed scene of offence at Kattelmandi, Abids, Hyderabad examined the CCTV footages it is found that one unknown person was taking the missing girl.
Subsequently under the supervision of Akshansh Yadav, ACP Abids, A.Chandra Sekhar formed six special teams with K. Narsimha Detective iNspector, Abid Road, K. Edukonda, DI of Begumbazar police station, Sub Inspectors N. Gourender Goud, N Sudhakar, V.Suman, Naraimah of Begambazar and staff.
Meanwhile, the technical team was tasked with analyzing the CCTV footage to trace down the accused and victim girl, police found the suspect along with minor girl boarded an auto and got down at Afzalgunj bus stand.Further they boarded RTC bus (Afzalgunj to JP Darga). Immediately one of the special team K Narsimha DI, SI Sudhakar crime PCs Ravia Kumar, Kedarinath of Abid Road PS rushed to village and nabbed the accused
Investigation revealed that the accused along with the girl reached Nawal Village, Kothoor Mandal and took shelter in a labour camp of an under construction company. The accused used to work and stay in the camp.
After staying during the night he again started from the labour company to the village main road to contact the victim’s father and demand an amount . Meanwhile the special team who were on look out, caught him red handed along with the victim girl. Further police took the accused into custody. Angered, the girl’s relatives attacked the accused in the police station. Police arrested the accused and sent him to judicial custody. Further investigation is underway
Further probe revealed that the accused Md Bilal is a native of Bihar and migrated to the city in search of livelihood. He was involved in four criminal cases including two kidnapping and two thefts. In one kidnapping case which was registered in Bihar he was arrested and convicted in the case where he underwent two years jail term. Further in another kidnapping and rape case of minor girl registered in Kothur police station of Cyberabad commissionerate he was absconding.
