HYDERABAD: The Telangana government on Tuesday launched a new mobile ticketing facility on the MeSeva platform, enabling digital booking of Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) bus tickets and city passes.

Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar, Special Chief Secretary Vikas Raj, TGSRTC Vice-Chairman and Managing Director Y. Nagi Reddy, and MeSeva Commissioner Ravi Kiran unveiled the ‘Me Ticket’ mobile application at the Secretariat. Senior RTC officials were present.

Officials said the app integrates 1,710 Online Passenger Reservation System (OPRS) services, allowing passengers to book intercity and long-distance bus tickets digitally.

They added that five categories of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) city bus passes are now available through the app. The platform also enables passengers within the Greater Hyderabad zone and twin cities to obtain the T-24 ticket, which offers 24-hour unlimited travel.

According to officials, the initiative aims to provide more convenient and accessible services to TGSRTC passengers by bringing ticketing and pass facilities onto a single digital platform.
