Meerpet apartment lift plunges, eight injured

Hyderabad : Eight people were injured after a lift plunged in an apartment building at Hanuman Nagar in Meerpet, Hyderabad, on Saturday. The accident occurred when a group of prospective buyers and other visitors were returning from the fifth floor after inspecting a flat, police said.
