Traffic diversions announced in Mallampet for 10 days due to drainage works
Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Traffic Police has issued a traffic advisory in view of underground drainage pipeline works being carried out from the Municipal Ward Office towards Tanker Road, Bachupally Road, Mallampet. The works will continue for 10 days, starting April 22, 2025.
Traffic congestion is expected on the affected stretch, and commuters are advised to take alternate routes to avoid delays.
Diversions:
1. Bachupally to ORR (Exit 4A):
Traffic from Bachupally heading towards ORR (Exit 4A) will be diverted at the Mallampet Bus Stop. Commuters are advised to take a left turn onto Kazipally-Bollaram Road (via BC Colony) and then proceed to ORR (Exit 4A) Service Road.
2. ORR (Exit 4A) to Bachupally:
Traffic from ORR (Exit 4A) towards Bachupally will be diverted at the Mallampet Entry Road. Vehicles should take the ORR Service Road, turn left onto Kazipally-Bollaram Road (via BC Colony), reach Mallampet Bus Stop, and then turn right towards Bachupally.
The diversions will be in effect round the clock for the entire 10-day period.
The public is requested to plan their commute accordingly and cooperate with traffic personnel to ensure smooth movement of vehicles.
