Lizard Found In Cool Drink At Highway Hotel In Sangareddy Prompts Outrage

Hyderabad: A disturbing incident was reported at a Highway Hotel in Peddapur, under Sadashivpet mandal, Sangareddy, where two young men discovered a dead lizard in a cool drink they had ordered.

According to the reports, one of them, identified as Yadul, fell seriously ill after consuming the drink and is currently undergoing treatment at a hospital in Sadashivpet.

It was learnt that the two friends had stopped at the hotel during an outing. With soaring temperatures, they ordered cool drinks. While chatting, Yadul began experiencing severe stomach pain shortly after drinking from the bottle.

Upon examining the drink, the duo was shocked to find a lizard’s leg inside the bottle. Further inspection revealed more remains of the reptile. The discovery left them stunned.

When they approached the hotel management, they were met with indifference. The staff reportedly dismissed the issue, offering no explanation or apology, which further angered the duo. Yadul was immediately taken to a nearby hospital. His condition is being monitored.
