KPHB land fetches ₹2.7 lakh per square yard
HYDERABAD: Land belonging to the Telangana Housing Board in Kukatpally Housing Board (KPHB) has once again fetched record prices, with the land selling for ₹2.70 lakh per square yard.
The sale generated ₹47.14 crore in revenue for the Housing Board, highlighting the strong value of its land parcels in KPHB.
Housing Board vice-chairman V P Gautham said the land had fetched the record price. The latest sale adds to the Housing Board’s revenue from its property assets.
The ₹2.70 lakh per square yard price makes the KPHB land sale a significant transaction for the Housing Board. The total revenue from the sale stood at ₹47.14 crore.
Housing Board authorities have been monetising land parcels through sales, with KPHB continuing to command strong prices.
The latest transaction comes as land values in established parts of Hyderabad remain a key factor in property transactions. KPHB, a developed residential and commercial locality, has long been an important Housing Board area.
