Malkajgiri imposes curbs for Intermediate exams 2026
HYDERABAD: The Malkajgiri Commissionerate has promulgated prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, to ensure smooth conduct of the Intermediate Public Examinations-2026.
According to a notification issued in Rc.No. M4-Notification/MKG/74/2026 dated February 24, 2026, assembly of persons within a radius of 200 metres from examination centres has been prohibited during the examination period.
The Intermediate examinations are scheduled to be held from February 25, 2026 to March 18, 2026 within the limits of the Malkajgiri Commissionerate.
The orders have been issued to maintain public order and ensure secrecy and sanctity of the examinations.
Further, all photocopy (Xerox) and internet centres situated within a radius of 100 metres from examination centres will remain closed during examination hours to prevent malpractices.
The Commissioner has requested the Information and Public Relations department to publish the notification in all local newspapers.
