HYDERABAD: IMA Airport branch elects new office bearers unanimously
HYDERABAD: The Telangana State Indian Medical Association (IMA) Election Commission on October 30, 2025, conducted elections for the IMA Airport branch at the IMA building in Koti, Hyderabad. The polling was held on the second floor of the premises and concluded peacefully under the supervision of Telangana State IMA president, Dr Dwaraknath Reddy.
New office bearers announced
Following the election officers’ intervention, the process was completed unanimously, and the new executive body was constituted.
Dr Ravi Kumar, Professor, was elected as President, while Dr Saloja will serve as President elect. Dr Badrinaraya, a cardiologist, was chosen as Secretary General, and Dr Shabbir was named Treasurer. Dr Ranjeet was elected Vice-President, and Dr Geeta along with Dr K V Rao will serve as Joint Secretaries.
Election panel details
The election process was overseen by a panel chaired by Dr Vijay Chandra Reddy, with Dr Saikumar and Dr Vijayendra Reddy as members. The proceedings were conducted smoothly and without contest.
