HYDRAA secures 10-acre government land in Nizampet

HYDERABAD: Hydra on Thursday secured 10 acres of government land in Survey No. 191 at Nizampet village in Bachupally mandal of Medchal–Malkajgiri district. Officials estimate the land value at over ₹750 crore.

Local residents had complained that the parcel was being encroached upon. Acting on the complaint, Hydra personnel conducted a joint inspection with revenue officials and confirmed the encroachments.

Following directions from Hydra commissioner Ranganath, officials cleared temporary sheds and boundary structures while ensuring that permanent residences were not disturbed. The team then fenced the entire 10-acre tract and installed signboards marking it as government land.
