HYDERABAD: HYDRAA has secured 4.01 acres of land belonging to the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board in Survey No. 388 of Rampally village, Keesara mandal, Medchal–Malkajgiri district.

The land had been officially allotted by the government for Water Board requirements. However, local residents allegedly created hurdles when officials attempted to take possession and construct a boundary fence.

Following a request from the Water Board, HYDRAA conducted a field-level inspection with officials from the concerned departments and confirmed that the land was government-allotted to HMWSSB.

On Saturday, HYDRAA erected fencing around the entire 4.01 acres and installed boards identifying it as Water Board property, effectively securing the land.
