Actor Murali Mohan’s company faces heat for FTL violations

Hyderabad: Continuing its drive against illegal encroachments, Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Monitoring and Protection Agency (HYDRAA) pulls up Jayabheri Constructions, owned by actor Murali Mohan for Full tank Level(FTL) violation in Ranglal Kunta in Gachibowli. HYDRAA officials have reportedly found encroachments on the Full Tank Level (FTL) and buffer zone of Rangalal Kunta pond, located in the Gachibowli Financial District by Jayabheri construction.
Sharing the same through official X (formerly twitter) handle of HYDRAA posted “Visited Ranglal Kunta Lake and ordered removal of sheets erected by Jayabheri Construction in the FTL/BUFFER zone. Ensuring compliance with regulations to protect our water resources and environment”.
HYDRAA Commissioner AV Ranganath explained that certain structures, including blue sheet walls, extend two meters into the FTL. “We have asked them to remove these walls and vacate the buffer zone,” Ranganath stated. He further added that the decision was made following a complaint lodged by local residents regarding the encroachments.
