Nehru Zoo Park Revises Entry and Parking Fees from March 1

Hyderabad: The Nehru Zoological Park has increased the entry ticket price for visitors, effective from March 01, 2025. The new tariff was approved during the 13th governing body meeting of Zoos and Parks Authority of Telangana held in the city on Tuesday.

As per the new tariff, the entry ticket for adult and child is Rs. 100 and Rs. 50 respectively. Currently, the adult ticket is priced at Rs. 70 and Rs. 45 for children aged between 3 to 10 on weekdays while Rs. 80 for adults and Rs, 55 for children on weekends.

The new ticket prices will pinch the wallets of visitors in summer as many of them are waiting to visit the zoological park after the exams are over. The new tariff covers other facilities and joy rides too.

Toy Train Ride: Rs 80 (Adult), Rs. 40 (Child)
Battery Operated Vehicle (BOV): Rs. 120 (Adult), Rs, 70 (Child)
New BOV (Exclusive): 11-seater (60 minutes) – Rs. 3,000, 14-seater (60 minutes) – Rs 4,000
Fish Aquarium: Rs. 20
Reptile House: Rs. 30 (Adult), Rs. 10 (Child)
Nocturnal Animal House: Rs. 20 (Adult), Rs. 10 (Child)
Safari Park: Rs. 100 (Non-AC Bus), Rs. 150 (AC Bus) per person

Similarly, the parking prices for the visitors’ vehicles at the Nehru Zoo Park have also been revised:

Bicycle: Rs 10
Bike: Rs. 30
Auto: Rs. 80
Car/Jeep: Rs. 100
Tempo: Rs. 150
Mini Bus: Rs. 200
Bus (Above 21-seater): Rs. 300

Last October, the toy train resumed its services at Nehru Zoological Park. The toy train services were stopped in June 2024 due to engine maintenance works.
