Traffic diversions announced around Rail Nilayam Road in Secunderabad
HYDERABAD: Traffic police have announced diversions at several junctions around Rail Nilayam Road in Secunderabad to regulate vehicle movement. Vehicles approaching the area from multiple directions will be diverted through alternative routes.
The restrictions will be enforced at seven key points including St. John’s Rotary Junction, Shenoy Nursing Home Junction and Sangeeth Junction.
Diversion from Panjagutta and Begumpet side
Vehicles coming from Panjagutta and Begumpet will not be allowed towards Rail Nilayam Road at St. John’s Rotary Junction. Motorists will be directed straight towards Sangeeth Junction, then via Apollo Hospital Lane, Chilkalguda Circle (left turn), Alugaddabavi, and onward to Mettuguda.
Traffic from AOC will not be permitted towards Rail Nilayam Road at Shenoy Nursing Home Junction. Vehicles will be diverted left towards Addagutta, then through Tukaramgate, Lallaguda Railway Under Bridge (RUB) and further to Mettuguda.
Restrictions near Clock Tower, SD Road and Sangeeth Junction
Traffic approaching from Clock Tower and SD Road will not be allowed towards Rail Nilayam Road at Sangeeth Junction. Vehicles must take a right turn via Apollo Hospital Lane, then proceed through Chilkalguda Circle (left turn), Alugaddabavi, and Mettuguda.
Vehicles from Regimental Bazar, D-Mart and SD Road will be stopped at Apollo Hospital Lane and diverted right through Chilkalguda Circle, followed by Alugaddabavi and Mettuguda.
Traffic from Sangeeth Junction and SD Road will face restrictions at Tapasya Degree College. Vehicles will be diverted left via Street Nos. 5, 6 and 7, then through Tukaramgate Main Road, Lallaguda RUB and towards Mettuguda.
Similarly, vehicles from the same direction will not be allowed towards Rail Nilayam Road at Bharat Petroleum Bunk. Traffic will be diverted left through Road No. 3, Street Nos. 5, 6 and 7, Tukaramgate Main Road, and Lallaguda RUB towards Mettuguda.
Another diversion point has been set up at the NCL U-turn. Vehicles from Sangeeth Junction and SD Road will take a U-turn at NCL and proceed through Sangeeth Free Left, Apollo Hospital Lane, Chilkalguda Circle (left turn), Alugaddabavi and Mettuguda.
