Telangana brace for scattered rainfall and thunderstorms

HYDERABAD: Telangana will experience scattered rainfall on Monday, March 16. Several northern and western localities are likely to get light to moderate showers.

Weather enthusiast T Balaji, popularly known as Telangana Weatherman, said rains will affect Qutbullapur, Alwal, Gajularamaram, Malkajgiri, Kapra, Balanagar, Kukatpally, Jeedimetla, Bollaram, Kompally, Bachupally, Ramachandrapuram, and Patancheru until around 21:30 IST. Southern and central parts of the city should remain dry.

Across Telangana, districts such as Sangareddy, Medak, Kamareddy, and Medchal may experience severe thunderstorms with hail over the next two hours. Siddipet and Yadadri-Bhongir could receive light to moderate rainfall.
