Ramnagar: Youth dies while dancing at Ganesh Agaman
HYDERABAD: A youth died after collapsing while dancing at a Ganesh Agaman procession in Ramnagar on Saturday night.
Youth collapses while dancing at Ganesh celebration
The incident occurred in Ramnagar under the Warasiguda police station limits during a Ganesh Agaman event organised to bring an idol to a pandal.
The Sri Ganapati Friends Association organised the event on a large scale at Ramnagar crossroads on Saturday night. The procession featured elaborate settings, dance performances and DJs as the idol was taken to the pandal.
A large number of people gathered in the area to watch the celebrations.
Traffic constable takes youth to Gandhi Hospital
Badrinath, 18, from Musheerabad, was participating in the celebrations when he collapsed while dancing.
When local people informed others who were dancing, they moved Badrinath to one side and left. A traffic constable took him in an ambulance to Gandhi Hospital.
Doctors examined Badrinath and confirmed that he had already died.
