Actor Dhanush in Hyderabad for Raayan pre-release event
Hyderabad : Actor Dhanush graced Hyderabad for his upcoming pan-India film Raayan. This National-award-winning superstar Dhanush is not only acting in this film but he is also directing his 50th film where he will be seen sharing screen space with Sundeep Kishan and Kalidas Jayaram. The movie produced by Sun Pictures is gearing up for release.
The entire team of actors are in Hyderabad at Hotel Park Hyatt for the pre-release event and have received a grand welcome. Raayan will be released worldwide on July 26th. Asian Suresh Entertainment LLP will release the Telugu version.
Recently, the movie team has also unleashed the theatrical trailer of the movie. The trailer opens on an intriguing note with a conversation between a character played by Selvaraghavan and young Raayan. The former puzzles the latter as to whether he knew what animal was the most dangerous in the forest. Selvaraghavan tells him that the wolf is the most dangerous, though the lion and the tiger are the most powerful animals in the jungle. The rest of the trailer shows glimpses into the world of Raayan. It also offers glimpses of characters played by SJ Suryah, Sundeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, and Prakash Raj.
The trailer looks promising and sets the stage for an epic showdown between a pack of wolves, and the lion. Dhanush appeared fierce and his makeover was truly remarkable.
Om Prakash’s camera work and AR Rahman’s background score add to the positive aspects.
Prasanna GK takes care of editing, while Jacki is the production designer and Peter Hein is the action choreographer.
Movie received A Certificate
The film Raayan is done with its censor scrutiny and it received an A certificate from censor sleuths. With 2:25 hours is the final runtime locked for the movie that will be high on action. The movie will see Dhanush in a bloody action avatar. The makers will up the game in promotions, as the film is slated for release in nearly a couple of weeks.
