Hyderabad police arrest live-in couple for drug peddling

HYDERABAD: Police in Hyderabad arrested a live-in couple for allegedly selling drugs in the city, officials said on Wednesday.
The couple was taken into custody in the Chikkadpally area. Police said a large quantity of drugs was seized from their possession and that they were being questioned.
Based on information provided by the couple, police later arrested four more accused in the same case, sources said.
OGMA seized; accused identified as software engineers
Police said OGMA was seized during the operation. During questioning, the couple was identified as software engineers by profession.
Investigators are probing where the drugs were sourced from and to whom they were supplied. Further details are awaited.
