“According to the recent statistics collected by the central government, the representation of BCs in the political arena is not more than 14 percent. The representation of BCs in the political arena in the 75 years when surveyed is not more than 14 percent, it shows how much injustice has been done to BCs in this democratic system” added R. “BCs who comprise 56 percent of the overall population have only 14 percent representation in the state sector and 9 percent representation in the employment sector,1 percent representation in the industrial sector and 5 percent representation in the private sector jobs.
