KBR Park one-way traffic system starts August 18
Hyderabad : Traffic police in Hyderabad have decided to implement a one-way traffic system around KBR Park from August 18.
The arrangement is being introduced as part of the Hyderabad City Innovative and Transformative Infrastructure (H-CITI) project, under which a steel flyover and an underpass are being constructed in the Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills areas. The one-way system is aimed at regulating traffic movement around the park during the construction works.
Police conduct trial runs and plan diversions
Traffic movement at key junctions around KBR Park is being regulated due to the flyover works. Police have been conducting trial runs to assess traffic flow and identify alternative routes.
U-turns will not be allowed on congested stretches and designated routes. Motorists travelling towards NFCL and Jubilee Hills Check Post will have to follow the diversions suggested by the traffic police.
After conducting trial runs so far, police have decided to implement the one-way traffic system from August 18.
