Massive fire breaks out at chemical waste warehouse in Jeedimetla
HYDERABAD: A major fire broke out at a warehouse storing chemical waste in Jeedimetla on Thursday, triggering panic among local residents.
The blaze spread rapidly after engulfing the storage facility, sending thick plumes of smoke into the sky. Visuals from the area showed dense smoke covering large parts of the locality.
Firefighters rushed to the spot soon after receiving information and began efforts to contain the flames. Officials said multiple fire engines were deployed to bring the situation under control.
Residents in nearby areas reported panic as the intensity of the fire increased. Authorities have not yet confirmed any casualties or the cause of the incident.
