Hyderabad home sales rise 4% in 2024

HYDERABAD: Hyderabad’s housing market stayed resilient in 2024, with home sales rising 4% year-on-year to 38,403 units. Average prices increased 13% to ₹6,271 per square foot.
Across India’s top eight cities, overall home sales dipped 1% to 3,48,207 units, while prices rose 19% per square foot. Higher prices appear to have moderated demand, though lower home loan interest rates and strong economic growth helped keep demand steady, according to data released by real estate consultant Knight Frank.
