No gatherings allowed near SSC, Inter exam centers in Hyderabad from April 20

Hyderabad: To ensure public order and smooth conduct of exams, the Cyberabad Police Commissioner has issued an order prohibiting the assembly of five or more persons within 200 meters of examination centers during the upcoming SSC and Intermediate (TOSS) public exams.
The exams will be held from April 20 to April 26, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, with practical exams scheduled from April 26 to May 3, 2025.
Additionally, all photocopy (Xerox) and internet centers within a 100-meter radius of examination centers will remain closed during the examination hours.
Exemptions to the order include police officers, military personnel, home guards, education department flying squads, and funeral processions.
This restriction will be in effect from 6:00 AM on April 20, 2025, until 6:00 AM on May 3, 2025.
Meanwhile, the Hyderabad City Police Commissioner has also announced a similar restriction for the SSC and Intermediate exams in the Twin Cities. No assembly of persons will be allowed within 500 yards of examination centers from April 20 to April 26, 2025. This order will remain in force from 6:00 AM on April 20 to 6:00 AM on April 27, 2025.
Exemptions to the order are the same as those issued by the Cyberabad Police.
The public is warned that violating these orders will lead to prosecution under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
