Hyderabad city police plans auction of 2,039 unclaimed vehicles
GOSHAMAHAL: Hyderabad city police on Thursday announced the proposal to dispose of 2,039 abandoned and unclaimed vehicles through public auction, in accordance with the provisions under the Hyderabad (Metropolitan Area) Police Act 2004 and Sec. 40 of Hyderabad City Police Act
Individuals with objections or claims of ownership or hypothecation interest in any of the vehicles are advised to submit their applications to the Commissioner of Police, ICCC, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad City within a six-month window from the date of proclamation. Failure to do so will result in the vehicles being auctioned off to the public.
