Hyderabad: Three accused try to escape custody

HYDERABAD: Three accused attempted to escape police custody near Chanchalguda but were recaptured and shifted back to Chanchalguda jail.

According to Dabirpura Circle Inspector Upa Shankar, Boinpally police had taken the three accused, who were lodged in Chanchalguda jail, to court on a production warrant. After the hearing, police were transporting them back to jail.

Police recapture two immediately at spot

At the Chanchalguda crossroads, the police vehicle stopped at a traffic signal. The accused jumped out and tried to flee. Police caught two of them immediately.

The third accused, Sadala Naresh, 23, managed to escape briefly after evading the police.

Patrol team tracks down accused after brief escape

Dabirpura patrol police chased Naresh and apprehended him near the Nalgonda crossroads.

All three accused were later shifted back to Chanchalguda jail.
