Murali Divi tops Telugu billionaires in Hurun list
HYDERABAD: Divi’s Laboratories chairman Murali Divi leads the list of Telugu entrepreneurs in the Hurun India Rich List 2026, with several Hyderabad-linked business leaders featuring among India’s richest individuals.
Industrialists from the pharmaceutical, infrastructure and healthcare sectors dominate the Telugu segment of the list. Prominent names include P. Pichi Reddy and P. V. Krishna Reddy of Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Ltd, Partha Saradhi Reddy of Hetero Group and Prathap C. Reddy, founder of Apollo Hospitals.
Other Hyderabad-linked entrepreneurs in the ranking include Ayodhya Rami Reddy of Ramky Group, Venkateswara Reddy of Aparna Enterprises, Satish Reddy and G. V. Prasad of Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, Bollineni Bhaskar Rao of KIMS Hospitals, Ram Prasad Reddy of Aurobindo Pharma, G. Ravinder Rao of Yashoda Hospitals and M. Satyanarayana Reddy of MSN Pharma.
The Hurun report lists more than 10 Telugu business leaders among India’s billionaires, highlighting the growing influence of Hyderabad-based companies in pharmaceuticals, infrastructure and healthcare.
