Hyderabad Police Arrest Serial Bike Theft Suspect; Five Motorcycles Recovered

HYDERABAD: Afzalgunj police arrested a 29-year-old man on December 1, 2025, for allegedly stealing five motorcycles from Afzalgunj and Mahbubnagar areas. The arrest followed a complaint lodged by Manga Manideep, 18, who reported the theft of a Hero Passion Plus (TS 07 GQ 5462) from the Osmania General Hospital parking area.
Manideep told police that he had parked the motorcycle at the Dhobighat parking zone at Osmania General Hospital on November 12 at 13.45 IST while visiting his grandfather admitted in the orthopaedic ward. When he returned to the spot on November 18 at 23.00 IST, the vehicle was missing. The bike is registered in the name of his paternal aunt, N Santosh Kumari of Nadergul.
