Hyderabad ACB Conducts Raids on Narahari Properties

HYDERABAD: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) conducted searches at the residences of Multi Zone-II Deputy Director Narahari in Hyderabad on Tuesday. The raids began around 6 am and are continuing at multiple locations.
Assets disproportionate to income under scrutiny
Narahari is serving as Deputy Director in the Land and Survey Department. The ACB launched the searches following allegations that he amassed assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
Officials are also conducting searches at properties linked to Narahari’s relatives. The action follows several complaints received by the ACB alleging corruption against the officer.
Raids extend to relatives’ residences
The ACB is also carrying out searches at the residence of Narahari’s brother in Chatrinaka as part of the ongoing investigation.
The bureau is examining documents and assets linked to the officer and his family members. Further details are awaited.
