On July 14, 2026, ACB officials conducted preliminary searches at Ravinder’s residence and office and nine other places linked to his relatives, associates and alleged benamidars.

Property documents include plots, flats, villa and building

According to the ACB, searches led to the identification of five open plots with an official value of ₹38.89 lakh at Kondakal, Kistapur and Pasamala.

Officials also found documents relating to four residential flats at Narsingi and Nanakramguda, valued at ₹2.07 crore.

The identified properties also included four acres of agricultural land, valued at ₹6 lakh, at Gudur village in Kothur mandal and Shamshabad.

A G+4 building constructed on 300 square yards at Masjid Banda in Kondapur, valued at ₹3 crore, was also identified during the searches.

The ACB said the market value of the properties was expected to be much higher than their official value.

Officials identified gold ornaments weighing about 1,440 grams and valued at approximately ₹36.70 lakh, besides 12.5 kg of silver ornaments valued at around ₹10 lakh.

Household articles worth about ₹17.24 lakh and electronic gadgets valued at approximately ₹9.32 lakh were also identified. The gadgets included seven Samsung mobile phones, two smartwatches, an iPad, two tablets and five hard disks, among other items.
