Heavy rain alert for Telangana; Hyderabad may get afternoon showers
HYDERABAD: Moderate to heavy rain is likely over parts of western, central and eastern Telangana on August 6, with rainfall expected mainly from the afternoon to night, according to the latest forecast.
Several districts likely to receive widespread rainfall
Districts expected to receive moderate to heavy rain include Sangareddy, Vikarabad, Rangareddy, Medak, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Mulugu, Siddipet and nearby areas.
Rain activity is expected to intensify during the afternoon and continue into the night in these districts.
Hyderabad may witness another wet evening
Hyderabad is also likely to receive rain from the afternoon to night, with weather conditions expected to remain similar to the past two to three days.
Other parts of Telangana are likely to experience isolated to scattered rainfall during the day.
