Hyderabad gold rate slips on February 16, 2026

HYDERABAD: Gold prices in Hyderabad witnessed a marginal decline on February 16, 2026, according to local jewellers.
The price of 10 grams of 22-carat gold fell by ₹1,200 to ₹1,43,400. The rate of 10 grams of 24-carat gold dropped by ₹1,310 to ₹1,56,440.
Similarly, 10 grams of 18-carat gold is priced at ₹1,17,330, down by ₹980.
Silver is trading at ₹2,80,000 per kilogram in the city. The rate of 10 grams of platinum stands at ₹59,880.
Rates reflect previous closing; may fluctuate
Bullion traders said the prices mentioned are as of 8.00 IST and reflect the previous day’s closing rates. Gold prices may fluctuate during the day based on international market trends, rupee-dollar exchange rates and import duties.
In recent weeks, gold prices in the international market have shown volatility. Rates have hovered around ₹1,40,000 per 10 grams for 24-carat gold and about ₹1,50,000 for 22-carat gold during the wedding season.
Gold in India tracks global prices. Domestic rates are also influenced by the rupee’s performance against the US dollar and government-imposed import duties.
