GHMC mandates advertisement fee for glow sign boards and flex boards
Hyderabad: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) hereby informs all trade establishments that it is mandatory to pay the prescribed advertisement fee for all Glow Sign Boards/Name boards/Flex Boards/Stickers etc displayed on their trade premises.
According to the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, this requirement is as per Section 421 read with Section 622 (2) of the GHMC Act. “To streamline the process and ensure ease of compliance, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched an online module for payment of advertisement fees. The online application portal can be accessed at the following link:
https://advt.ghmc.gov.in/Citizen/OTP_Validation. Through this platform, trade establishments can conveniently apply for permissions and make payments online from anywhere” said GHMC in an official statement.
Further GHMC issued important guidelines, according to it, All trade establishments must take prior permission for the display of Glow Sign Boards/Name boards/Flex Boards/Stickers etc on their premises.The online module allows for hassle-free submission of applications and secures payment of fees. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in penalties as per the provisions of the GHMC Act.
